Manufacturing associates perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to:
• Working on an assembly line, at a machine, or at a workstation producing a variety of products.
• Preparing work to be assembled by studying and understanding instructions, drawings, and parts lists.
• Gathering necessary parts, tools, and materials to perform assembly.
• Assembling components by hand or using tools/machinery while following a set of standard directions.
• Inspecting and verifying completed products meet documented specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work station/environment by complying with procedures, rules/regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Documenting products assembled on work orders or other production forms.
• Communicating with team members and management, participating in problem-solving, and providing feedback/recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow a set of specific instructions.
• Good hand dexterity and ability to use basic tools to assemble parts.
• Ability to do repetitive work, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including a variety of shifts, on weekends, and overtime if needed.
