What you’ll be doing as a Production Supervisor

• Supervise 35+ employees in automotive parts production using Plastic Injection Mold machinery.
•  Assign daily workstations and duties, ensuring production targets are met.
• Enforce adherence to systems, policies, and work instructions among associates.
• Oversee daily production reporting, maintenance completion, mold changes, and housekeeping activities while tracking metrics for performance evaluation.
