Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Lead project engagement teams to deliver clients the valuation of businesses and intangible assets in the context of mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory reporting, restructuring, and management planning
Review valuation analysis and reports prepared by staff, and provide constructive feedback to develop staff
Assist in the growth and development of the practice by expanding relationships with clients, expanding personal professional network, and participate in business and professional organizations
Serve as the point person on projects; lead meetings and calls with clients and management
Delegate and manage work of staff, facilitating staff development
Perform reviews of third-party and management prepared valuations for audit support purposes
The qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business
Valuation or relevant accreditation preferred; ASA, CFA, ABV
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team and/or independently
Organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel as (if) needed

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information
Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.
Colorado monthly base range is as follows:
$13,291.66 to $17,666.66
