We are looking for people with the following interests and/or skills that we will support in training:
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to travel (extensive travel in Customer facilities both domestic and international).
Upon training, the position will be responsible for:
- Dimensional and surface quality of products.
- Data collection and analysis to understand the quality level of products.
- Tooling adjustments and countermeasures to improve overall product surface and dimensional quality.
- Effectively communicating technical feedback both internally and with customer project personnel to achieve the quality requirements.
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented individuals with a strong, self-directed work ethic. Ability to juggle multiple tasks, drive to learn, work safe and work under tight deadlines is a necessity.
