• 1 year of direct patient care experience with a facility or agency
• Must be 18 years or older, high school diploma, GED
• Experience preferred in the following areas: ventilator care, trach care, wound care, traumatic brain and spinal injuries
• Current and valid professional license/certification (if applicable)
• Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and current certificate of auto insurance.
• Current physical, TB Test, current CPR certification, pass pre-employment/random drug screening and driver’s record check
• Negative Criminal Background Check
