Join our team! The City of Kentwood is hiring Recreation Assistants in the Parks and Recreation Department.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $15.00. The City of Kentwood Parks and Recreation Department offers exciting perks for seasonal and irregular part-time employees. Team members can enjoy the programs and facilities their work supports through discounted program registrations and a 10% discount on one room or shelter rental per year. Certain employees will also receive free CPR training through the city.
Main responsibilities for this role include supervising the adult sports leagues and tournaments at various Kentwood parks and facilities, as well as setting up and taking down equipment, such as volleyball nets and poles.
