Polytek® Development Corp. is a leading manufacturer of mold making and casting materials. Polytek® is currently looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and extremely organized individual to join our rapidly expanding company.
Essential Job Functions:
- Working lead supporting, selling and managing the work of Consumer Division Inside Sales and Wholesale Specialist teams.
- Utilizes marketing and field sales insights to understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competition.
- Implements sales strategies, lead generation, and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts.
- Identify domestic and international sales opportunities in conjunction with Brand initiatives.
- Oversees the daily activities of sales representatives with an assigned portfolio of new and existing customers that primarily conduct remote sales calls.
- Monitors team progress towards meeting targets and provides strategic coaching in selling and relationship-building skills Engage with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Report pipeline progress to brand management and consumer leadership.
- Work with Inside Sales, Wholesale Specialists, Retail and ECommerce leadership and operations to resolve issues quickly.
- Communicates professionally and effectively with customers, staff, operations and brand managers via phone, email, and in person. Leads by example.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work on a computer for long hours
- Sitting at a computer and talking with internal and external customers for long periods of time.
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering manufacturing areas.
Education and Experience:
- Must be able to understand, speak, write, and read English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Sales/Marketing or related field (preferred) OR equivalent experience in sales/marketing.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Basic understanding of integrations, external channels (Ebay, Walmart, etc.)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting
- Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
