Job Details

Ensure resin and colorant is set up according to SOP and ODS.  Eensure sufficient amount to continue to feed to thee injection molding press.  

1. Bring correct raw material and/or colorant to presses from the Colorant Pharmacy according to established procedures. 
2. Maintain Gaylord and hopper levels to ensure all presses meet schedule and run efficiently.  
3. Monitor dryer temperatures and dew points as needed. 
4. Check color on molded parts to ensure they meet quality requirements - visually and with electronic equipment. 
5. Complete first piece checklist. 
6. Complete resin verification checklist 
7. Assure all material is properly labelled. 
8. Clean hoppers and change material as needed.  
9. Ensure that material gay lords are covered to avoid contamination. 
10. Assure housekeeping standard is met. 
11. Separate all parts that are required per the material code on the back of the part to meet established location goals. If the code is not present, notify Shift Supervisor and/or Process Engineer. 
12. Ensure that material is not contaminated with other regrind material, clips, etc.
