***This program is currently hiring for full-time and part-time 3rd shift
Direct Support Professional – Level I: $15.50/hr
($15.00 base wage +$0.50 Performance Bonus)
Lead Direct Support Professional – Level II: $16.50/hr
($16.00 base + $0.50 Performance Bonus)
Note: Lead DSP roles are based on program need/openings.
Direct Support Professional – Probationary/Ineligible Driver: $14.05/hr
Note: Ineligible drivers are not eligible to receive the performance bonus.
*Performance Bonus: Bonus is paid per each hour worked in pay period. In order to earn performance bonus, employee must complete all documentation, have zero attendance infractions, as well as no policy violations for the pay-period. This is re-evaluated upon every pay-period.
Turning Leaf Behavioral Health Services is a provider offering a variety of supports to adults with a primary diagnosis of mental illness as well as co-occurring diagnoses including: personality disorders, developmental disabilities and/or substance use.
Overview: Direct Support Professionals provide supervision and safety for residents living at Turning Leaf Residential Rehabilitation Services, Inc..
Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED/equivalent required.
Contingencies: All hires are subject to completing the Michigan Long term Care Workforce Background Check. All hires must have valid MI driver’s license or State ID, Proof of Education AND TB Test, prior to hire.
