Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This position supports daily operations by assisting with pesticide application, equipment preparation, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed applicators with pesticide mixing, loading, and application
- Prepare and clean equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and state regulations
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
