Location: Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor
Compensation: $18.00 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!
What’s In It For You:
- Day shift hours, Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
- Develop and refine your existing call center and customer service skills

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering incoming calls
- Following up with patients/families via email and phone
- Using a triage tool
- Performing scheduling tasks based on triage guidance and sending telephone encounters to clinic staff for all other requests non-scheduling related
Here’s What You Need To Apply:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 or more years in a clerical or administrative role
- Excellent time management skills and able to meet and adapt to changing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to comply with Michigan Medicine immunization requirements
