POSITION SUMMARY:
* Sets up, invoices and tracks vendor sales and purchases programs along with other activities relating to receivables.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Enters and maintains vendor agreements.
* Invoices and analyzes accruals.
* Performs data entry, handles vendor requests and resolves disputed amounts.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be detail oriented with sound mathematical aptitude.
* Must be skilled in comparing, analyzing and coordinating.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Able to work independently and within a team environment.
* Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, email, and internet software applications.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
