The Learning Management System (LMS) role provides day-to-day technical and operational support to users globally for client’s LMS which can be described as supporting learning system interface feeds, maintaining/updating learning technology documentation and providing support work process or end-user to global clients.
Position Accountabilities and Essential Functions:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide day-to-day technical and operational support to users of the client’s Learning Management System. This position is located at our client site in Midland, Michigan.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain LMS data including curriculums, courses, course catalogs, facilities, instructors, and security requests
- Provide system and work process support to client’s employees and subject matter experts
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and identify improvement opportunities related to data feeds into the LMS and providing a stable training environment
- High volume data entry
- Play a key role in on-boarding new employees
- Support other Learning Services roles when needed
- Contribute to continuous improvements by identifying and communicating cost savings and efficiency opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Additional Experiences Considered:
- Technical or Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Prior office experience
- Strong ability to multi-task, take direction from multiple contacts, and adapt quickly to changing demands
