Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer switchboard telephone, provide caller with correct information, transfer calls, and take messages when necessary; greet visitors to the facility; provide assistance where possible

Maintain the cash drawer for cash-paying customers; process all forms of payment; process the daily cash and credit card logs; and post customer payments

Sell promotional and novelty items

Perform other clerical functions depending upon store location and need such as distributing mail, approving invoices, ordering office supplies, coordinating repair and maintenance on office machines, etc.

Additional Requirements

Requirements:

Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma
Minimum 1 year of switchboard operation experience
