We are currently looking for a 3rd shift Supervisor for our food manufacturing plant located in Kentwood.
This position is fast paced and requires basic math and reasoning skills.
Shift Supervisors must:
-Be flexible in the hours and days that they work and be available as needed for weekend work.
-Enforce all elements of Food Safety within the plant
-Oversee the production of product in a safe manner while maintaining the quality of standard set forth by the company
-Ensure that all lines operating within their area maintain the required production standard
-Have an understanding of all equipment and understand basic trouble-shooting
-Understand the amount of labor needed to run and be able to "think outside the box" when running short on labor
The hours for this position will be 11pm-7am or 12am-8am. Shift Supervisors must be flexible and be able to work both shift times.
