Peter Basso Associates, Inc., a leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering consulting firm, is in search of an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Troy, MI! This professional will have an in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems including calculations, design equipment sizing and selections, temperature controls, power distribution, and more
As an Engineer with PBA, you will use your expertise to provide electrical or mechanical design for new and existing buildings. Joining this exceptional team of professionals, you will provide our partners with system design options including product, material, and code research. You will design and document specific systems fully coordinated and integrated with all other building systems, as well as the building architectural systems from the schematic level though construction administration.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following experience, education, or qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- Typically requires 5-10 years of related experience
- Strong understanding of building mechanical or electrical systems
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit experience desirable
- E. License strongly preferred
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs.
