This position coordinates the talent acquisition process with hiring managers throughout the organization. This person will post requisitions, screen candidates, set up interviews and conduct debriefs with hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will also create and makes offers to internal and extenal candidates. We are currently looking to fill three TAS positions. The first opening will support our Professional / Administrative functions here at the Home Office and throughout our US Distribution network, the second opening will support our Sales function across the US Distribution network and the third opening will support our Transportation function across the US Distribution network.
Essential Functions:
* Responsible for the talent acquisition process for a functional area, supporting other areas as needed.
* Works with hiring manager on new and replacement requisitions
* Creates interview guides and evaluation tools for hiring team
* Posts positions on various sites including diversity sites
* Works with Talent Sourcer on hard to fill positions
* Screens and reviews applications to determine which candidates to move forward with
* Schedules and conducts phone or video screens with qualified candidates
* Coordinates and schedules interviews and debriefs with interview teams
* Prepares offer letters and may make offer
* Assists with scheduling drug screens and conducts background checks
* Maintains ATS (applicant tracking system) in compliance with company policies
* Runs, analyzes reports and provides to others as necessary
* Provides input to social media campaigns or posts as needed
* Performs other duties as assigned

Educational & Experience Requirements:
* Human Resources, Business or related degree
* Significant staffing experience will be considered in lieu of a completed bachelor degree
* 3-5 years previous staffing experience
