Responsible for the leadership of the Talent Acquisition Specialists. Recruits top quality candidates for GFS and Home Office. Manages the talent acquisition process including sourcing, interviewing, skills assessment and candidate evaluation. Builds strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the talent acquisition process. Assists in the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition programs and human resources related training.
Essential Functions:
* Provides leadership and daily direction for the Talent Acquisition Specialists.
* Mentors, motivates and develops staff and serves as a role model and resource to them.
* Interviews, hires, trains and retains staff. Conducts performance monitoring of staff, initiating follow-through with disciplinary action and termination in consultation with Human Resources when appropriate for the department.
* Manages the entire talent acquisition process for the hiring manager, including sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, debriefing with hiring managers, creating and presenting offers to candidates.
* Makes recommendations to the hiring manager on the selection of the most suitable candidate based on all screening methods utilized.
* Develops and maintains a network of contacts to identify and source qualified management candidates, utilizing sources such as Social Media (i.e. Linked In, Twitter and Facebook).
* Maintains recruitment metrics including time-to-fill statistics, quality of hire, manager and candidate feedback reports.
* Delivers human resources related training programs to enhance staff management skills.
* Participate on project teams.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree - Human Resource, Business or related
* Certification - PHR or SPHR certification preferred
* Two to four year recruitment and management experience with demonstrated ability to conduct professional behavioral based interviews and internet recruitment experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
