Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks to keep our client's apartment community running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Install faucets
- Unclog sinks and toilets
- Replace shower heads, blinds, thermostats, etc.
- Assist maintenance supervisor with two-person jobs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Good physical condition and strength
- Attention to detail
- Reliability and dependability
- Adherence to safety and quality standards
- Willingness to grow with the company
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
