Seeking a Production Supervisor with a background working in powder coat operations. Position will entail
-Overseeing the daily activities of workers performing powder coat
-Ensuring that work is done efficiently according to daily and weekly schedules
-Training employees in the fundamental of powder coat including preparing surfaces for spray operations, applying paint, drying and bundling materials for shipping -Inspecting finished products for workmanship and quality prior to shipping -Troubleshooting complaints and resolving any paint issues -Assisting the plant manager with supervisory duties; assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning and making work assignments, assisting in appraising performance
