Great Lakes Die Cast is a long-standing member of the aluminum die cast industry in West Michigan and is undergoing a major transformation into a fast growing company.

We are currently accepting applications and resumes for openings in our Polish Department for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in working in manufacturing
- Experience in operating various polish and buffing wheels/machines within the department
- Experience and ability to polish parts of unusual or irregular shape
- Able to maintain close dimensions on polished parts with uniformity of shape, color, luster, etc.
- Ability to set up and maintain belts, wheels, etc.
- Ability to identify casting defects and determine quality of the casting
- Make minor repairs to machine as necessary
- Ability to properly complete paperwork accurately and timely
