Other Significant Role Requirements:
The ability to: read basic blueprints, submit drawing corrections, establish BOMs, recommend design changes, and practice simple electronic wiring capabilities. The position also requires basic data entry skills, mechanical ability, adherence to established test procedures, and attention to details, flexibility, dependability and initiative.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of this organization.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Education and/or Experience:
Two-year certificate from a college or technical school and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Simple electronic wiring and soldering skills
Basic data entry
Mechanical ability
Assembly work in a manufacturing environment, where blue print reading is required.
A math aptitude to solve algebraic equations, setup tests and instrumentation, collect data, taking and recording accurate measurements, and strict attention to detail are a necessity.
Lifting up to 50 lbs, using hand tools - such as wrenches, torque wrenches, and screw drivers is a must.
