JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for employees whom are willing to do their job in an efficient and respectful manner. Your job duties will include, but not be limited to:
-Assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living – i.e. ambulation, personal care, feeding needs, etc.
-Observing and reporting any changes in a patient, whether it be physical, social, or emotional
-Proper charting and documentation
-Answering call lights
-Light housekeeping tasks
-Performing all duties while maintaining the respect and dignity of our residents
QUALIFICATIONS:
In order to meet our hiring qualifications, an applicant must:
-Have a current (not lapsed or expired) CNA certification registered in the state of Michigan
-Able to pass a criminal background check and no abuse record
-Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
-Able to lift 50 lbs without restriction
-Able to be active and on your feet for an 8 hour shift
