We are seeking a home-based Sales Manager with prior sales experience with integrated logistics automated systems. The successful candidate will enjoy developing leads into customers, and closing the deal. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic business partnerships with clients across multiple functions
- Develop positive working relationship with TGW teams in order to effectively sell to customers and potential customers
- Work with customers and potential customers to understand their needs and identify solutions and or cost savings
- Keep current with information on competitive products in order to identify gaps in competitors ability to meet customer needs and finds ways to capitalize on those gaps
- Develops written sales plan for each account
- Manage sales opportunities through Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Identify, develop and cultivate relationships to close new business opportunities through signed contracts
- Negotiate, individually or as a team member, sales contracts and agreements
