TGW Systems Inc. Distributor Services team supports the after sales and startup of the technologies through our Distributor network. This team leads the way in responding to spare parts requests, warranty, onsite training, installation support, emergency requests, support documentation and general information for distributors and end customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and update a variety of detailed and technical user documents such as, procedures, training manuals, job aides, forms, on-line training materials
- Website management
- Perform new business proposal authoring, proofing and editing
- Effectively communicate via writing with thorough, accurate and complete documentation
- Serve as a focal point to maintain "boilerplate" and documentation templates for later use
- Create, assimilate and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner
- Provide appropriate support for the creation and reuse of marketing materials
- Develop and follow desktop publishing practices and graphics standards
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, conciseness, adherence to style, consistent use of terminology, and correct grammar
- Submit documentation for formal reviews, resolve conflicting review issues with appropriate departments, and incorporate all review comments accurately and with supporting documentation
- Manage several tasks simultaneously, regularly reviewing priorities to be sure that projects are completed on time
- Collaborate with management and technical personnel during development of documentation
- Other duties as assigned
- Travel required 5% of the time
