Provides excellent customer service and maintains a welcoming learning environment for the public, students, faculty, and staff for the Lifelong Learning Program. Provides general office support including clerical, data entry, managing and coordinating staff coverage of the Lifelong Learning customer service phone lines and email inbox. Course packet creation, packaging materials for course delivery, quality check of course materials. Create and track faculty instructional pay information. Create, send, and track pay agreements. Create purchase requests and track receipts and delivery. Assists with serving a diverse population of students, community members, faculty and other staff in an informative, courteous, and professional manner.
The Lifelong Learning Office is located at LCC East, 2827 Eyde Parkway, East Lansing; however, work at other locations is required on an as needed basis. Occasional shifts outside normal business hours are also required.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
