Minimum 5 years experience managing a food processing operation. Must be self motivated and detail oriented. Candidate must also possess excellent team building skills. Technical background in industrial oven and or fryer operation preferred but not required. Compensation commensurate with experience. Attractive benefit package with bonus potential.
