About The Job:
KLA Central Engineering Platform team is driving technology forward by providing groundbreaking HPC environments for Physics Modeling as well as ML/DL Algo Development. Our products are engineered for security, reliability and scalability, running the full stack from infrastructure to applications to devices and hardware.
In this role, candidate will support existing hardware and contribute in the architectural design of new hardware. Candidate is required to meet with different teams and project stakeholders to develop the best solution for HPC cluster for specific products. Candidate will be involved with the product life cycle. Candidate will identify and assess developer requirements and uncover solutions, recommend, plan, and drive these solutions to Production.

Required Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of one or more flavors of Linux: SuSE, RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu including experience in System-D, Net boot/PXE, Linux HA. Experience with one or more of the listed Configuration Mgmt utilities. (Salt, Chef, Puppet etc) .
Ability to code and develop Shell and Python scripts.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and Knowledge of protocols, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Possess a strong DevOps focus: Knowledge of setting up a continuous development pipeline (Jenkins), Repository software (Git-based), Docker Containers.
Knowledge of Apache/Nginx, Setting up proxy/reverse proxy, application server routing, load balancing (HA Proxy)
Knowledge of PKI & SSL/TLS certificate management
BS or MS degree + 5 years experience
Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineer related fields
