Requirements/Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s Degree in related field is preferred.

Customer service and/or sales experience are desired.  Prefer candidates with experience listening, expressing compassion, solving problems such as in healthcare, nursing, home health care, retail, working at Speedway, etc.  Data entry and computer literacy skills helpful.  Ability to solve math and story problems helpful.  Strong English vocabulary skills helpful.

Customer Service Representatives are often required to work extended hours to adequately meet customer call demands, particularly during inclement weather conditions.

Newly hired employees should expect to work overtime and to be available for call-outs after work hours. In addition, employees should expect to be required to hold themselves available for on-call assignments on weekdays, weekends and holidays. demands, particularly during inclement weather conditions.
