Skills for Success:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 1 or more years' customer service experience in relevant or related profession.
- Ability to listen, appreciate and understand urgency and deliver immediate resolution in an effective and professional manner (candidates selected for interviews will be tested as a requirement).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer navigation and Web proficiency (candidates selected for interviews will be tested as a requirement).
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with high accuracy (candidates selected for interviews will be tested as a requirement).
- This full-time position offers an entry level wage. Ability to work schedules within the center's 24/7 hours of operation. (Note: We are currently seeking to fill a variety of shifts involving afternoons, late nights overnights and weekends. Must be flexibile to work shifts assigned (which can vary).
- Must pass a comprehensive background screen and drug screen.
The Customer Service Representative, Roadside Assistance Program(full-time) is responsible for the following:
- Supporting customers by phone who require immediate roadside assistance
- Have a full understanding of project operational and workflow processes to meet specified quality and productivity guidelines.
- Delivery of service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators.
- Understand each caller's sense of urgency, and deliver accurate, timely resolutions.
- Associate must be able to build positive, lasting relationships with their customer base.
The Customer Service Representative, Roadside Assistance Program works with team members as necessary to accomplish these objectives and other duties as assigned.
