Bosco's Pizza Co. part of the Tyson Foods family is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Customer Service Representative responds to service requests, inquiries and complaints over the phone, via e-mail, or in person. Provides solutions to concerns and ensures maximum good will from all transactions. The ideal Customer Service Representative is customer service-focused, punctual, and a team player.
Job Responsibilities:
- Converse with customers/brokers concerning their needs. Includes orders, returns, shipments, products, and information
- Receive and process requests and orders via e-mail, fax, or phone daily
- Billing invoices for product shipped
- Call customers/brokers proactively to advise of shipment delay and/or to gather information necessary to process orders thoroughly
- Make changes to working jobs or orders including adding a rush order, or canceling a particular item or service
- Initiate orders for replacement parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.).
- Initiate file maintenance for corrections to computer’s customer file
- Fill out forms; determine changes for service requested
- Handle irate customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Obtain customer feedback information and submit to Customer Service Manager for evaluation.
- Keys information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints.

- Knowledge of Edict System preferred

- Self motivated, able to work with limited supervision, takes ownership of every situation, and follows through to full resolution
Experience:
Minimum High School Diploma, college or other formal business training preferred
- At least 3 years experience as a customer service rep or administrative assistant
