Provider Paneling Specialist

We are the community behavioral health organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.
We are seeking a Provider Paneling Specialist who will be responsible for paneling internal services’ credentialed staff with third-party funders, such as Medicare and commercial insurances. Conducts Coordination of Benefit audits at external provider agencies.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. No weekends or Holidays. A flexible hybrid working arrangement is available for this position. The employee may perform work from a home office or work site during regular business hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of insurance paneling/credentialing experience required
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare billing and commercial insurances
- Demonstrated attention to detail and maintaining accurate records
- Demonstrated advanced and highly honed organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, and database applications
- Ability to work with and safeguard sensitive and protected provider information and other confidential information
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years’ experience in a medical practice business office role preferred
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
