You'll be at the heart of our mission, providing person-centered care and support to residents in our licensed adult foster care facility. This includes assisting with daily living activities, ensuring their health and safety, and fostering a positive living environment.
We're hiring for:
* Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
* Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
$17.80 hourly
$2.25 shift differential
Paid Sick days
What You'll Do:
* Provide direct physical assistance with personal care, dressing, bathing, transfers, and brief changes.
* Ensure consistent supervision and a hazard-free environment.
* Monitor and advocate for residents' rights and well-being.
* Perform daily housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry tasks.
* Assist with facility upkeep, including light outdoor maintenance (lawn care, snow removal).
* Maintain accurate records and report any incidents promptly.
* Adhere to all agency policies and regulatory standards.
* Engage meaningfully with residents, offering conversation and support.
* Collaborate effectively with team members.
