The Senior Manager Marketing strategy will lead our marketing strategy for HMGaming, creating and executing strategies that drive meaningful, daily relationships with the consumers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record developing and leading multi-channel marketing plans, and a passion for obsessing the consumer - who they are, how they behave, what their needs are, and how we, as HMGaming, can best serve them! This role lives and breathes at the unique intersection of art and science - It's as much about being able to successfully translate complex data/insights, as it is using incredible brand smarts and intuition to uncover inspiring storytelling, drive a great brief, and ultimately, create amazing connections with consumers. Inside the Job
Your day-to-day work will involve:
Lead a cross-functional team to execute the strategy consisting of retail marketing, product marketing, creative, and external agency partners to ensure quality of campaigns, creative assets, activations align to the marketing and brand strategy.
Organize an annual marketing strategy process that takes into consideration multi-channels, multiple regions, and multiple internal and external partners.
Own and develop the Global marketing vision and strategy for HMGaming focused on consumer engagement, acquisition, retention and reengagement.
Responsible for the defining the core marketing objectives and relevant KPIs that align back with business strategies.
Work closely with the Creative Director to apply the HMGaming Brand across all marketing touchpoints.
Work closely with the partnership team to align marketing strategy with partnership activations.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
What You Bring
Needed skills and experience for this role include:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in multiple channels at a retail, entrepreneurial or digitally native business.
5+ years' experience developing and executing 360 creative marketing activations/campaigns.
Experience developing a brand & providing strategy recommendation
Experience working in the gaming industry and a passion for Play
Outstanding leadership skills to influence functional teams and large cross-functional projects.
Strong analytical skills and comfort leveraging art and science to inform plans and decision making.
Strong understanding of digital analytics best practices and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions.
Works well in a highly collaborative environment.
Extremely organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once, meeting tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
