Position Summary: Responsible for managing database marketing team as well as all company database marketing initiatives and analytics while performing responsibilities in accordance to Company standards, policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Gun Lake Casino’s Service Standards at all times.
2. Oversee all marketing initiatives (i.e. direct mail, online advertising, media performance, email and mobile), including test and learn segmentation and targeting criteria.
3. Track/analyze campaign performance and recommend/implement strategic changes in order improve our marketing efforts.
4. Work with team to maintain a campaign marketing dashboard that visualizes key performance indicators.
5. Identify and monitor internal benchmarks in relation to direct marketing trends and email delivery standards.
6. Recommends the establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.
7. Work closely with Executive Leadership team and other departmental managers to create campaigns by leveraging all tools available and knowledge of analytics tools for web and display traffic.
8. Examines and evaluates purpose and content of business reports to develop new, or improve existing format, use, and control.
9. Lead, develop and manage property analyst and campaign coordinator.
10. Performs ad hoc analytical requests and research projects for internal parties. Special projects as assigned by management.
11. Other job related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in written and verbal form.

7. Working knowledge Microsoft SQL, CRM platforms or other data mining and/or campaign management tools with the ability to learn and comprehend new programs.
8. Bachelor degree from an accredited school with an emphasis in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Marketing.
9. Three years of prior database marketing is required with at least one year of management experience.
10. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
1. Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
2. Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
3. Ability to climb, bend, reach, walk, stand and/or use a computer for the duration of shift.
