QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five or more years of relevant job experience.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Development or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience and education with infants and toddlers preferred.
- Interpersonal skills essential for effective communication with child care providers and agency personnel.
- Ability to work independently within management guidelines.
- Working knowledge of computers (proficiency wiht word processing and spreadsheet programs such as Word and Excel).
- Responsibility of employee to obtain and maintain all training(s), certificate(s), approval(s), etc. and provide documentation to the Business Office before expiration date of said document(s).
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Required to have a physical presence at the job site each scheduled work day.
- Must have regular and reliable job attendance, performance, and the physical ability to do the job.
