POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Coordinator
POSITION STATUS/ Regular Full Time, Nonunion
CLASSIFICATION: 40 hours weekly / Non-exempt
SALARY RANGE: $18.47/hr -- $24.01/hr
(Plus full time benefits)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs independently such tasks as repairing and maintaining
structures and equipment in designated sites. Installation, maintenance, repair and
inspection of mechanical and electrical equipment. Grounds maintenance, snow
removal and general housekeeping duties as assigned and/or needed. Travel to Alger
County will be required and to other locations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED; Must have one to two years of related
experience in carpentry, climate control, electrical and plumbing trades. Must possess
valid Michigan Driver’s license and be able to pass a background check. This position
requires a pre-employment physical.
