JOB TITLE: Trust Operations Associate
DEPARTMENT: Investment Management Group – Marquette
REPORTS TO: Trust Department Manager
SUPERVISES: No supervisory responsibility

SUMMARY:
Responsible to provide support for Trust Operations staff and Trust Administrators and assist customers coming into the office..
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Communicates with clients. Answers routine inquiries, obtains information for callers.
- Orders checks for bills/disbursements and prints checks daily
- Prints, mails and tracks receipt of security advices
- Deposits and records incoming checks into Trust DDA and posts receipts to customer account.
- Processes daily outgoing mail, disburses incoming mail and shuttle items
- Posts incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
- Posts and tracks loan payments.
- Completes various office duties including filing and typing of correspondence.
- Performs general administrative duties in the area of mail, correspondence and record keeping.

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Business Administration Degree. Clerical experience, ability to type accurately and use of Microsoft Office suite. Previous working in financial institution a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position may require individual to perform repetitive motion in operating equipment such as keyboard, calculator or other bank/office-related machinery. While performing duties the employee may have to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Position requirements may be, but are not limited to, walking, standing, sitting, bending, talking, hearing and communicating. The physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured required if driving.
- Position requires attendance at meetings.
- Some travel is expected for this position. However, travel is primarily local and during the business day.
- Employees are responsible for the upkeep/organization of their work area and in cooperation with others in shared areas.
