Responsibilities:ITOM Domain Architect
Interprets customer requirements and develops design solutions, as a technical and domain advisor, to support a client-facing sales team.
Leads discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and to give ITOM demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
Answers ITOM product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues.
Provides feedback to ITOM Domain Expert about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value.
Works on emerging high-profile projects as the ITOM subject matter expert and has responsibility for supporting Cognizant delivery teams in the business and technical requirements for the client's overall objectives.
Collaborates with Cognizant delivery teams and participates in critical design reviews with delivery teams to monitor and measure the progress of a system being designed.
Understands and communicates ITOM best practices and the capabilities of the platform to various roles and levels.
Understands the available capabilities of the platform and can propose and solution complex workflows and integrations.
Designs solutions that leverage ServiceNow ITOM modules Discovery and Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Provisioning and Governance.
Leads CMDB analysis and assessment efforts to identify required remediation actions and to propose solutions and roadmaps.
Identifies solutions based on alternative analysis, providing detailed assessments against requirements (technical, cost, business, security, schedule) as well as establishing baselines.
Clearly defines risks and benefits of various approaches for a given need.
Qualifications (Required):
Hands-on experience in ITOM implementation and administration of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Provisioning and Governance, CMDB.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Working knowledge of public cloud concepts and terminology.
Working knowledge of infrastructure concepts and terminology.
Demonstrated execution skills and experience working directly with IT and business users.
Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Facilitate requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors in support of ITOM implementations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Experience in Agile concepts, development, and testing methodology as applies to operating in Scrum teams.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000-$160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
