Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, Web EDI maintenance, and Customer EDI map development
- Project Manage the Customer map test activities
- Governance of all JCI AE supplier EDI and label specifications - Including communication and portal updates
- Coordinate with the global SD team the Customer map functional specification and testing (including Integration and User Acceptance)
- Coordinate with the JCI AE global MM/Student team the Supplier EDIFACT testing process -DELFOR/DELJIT send, DESADV back, label verification
- Coordinate with the Legacy System EDI team to gather EDI files, SAP EDI setup information, etc.
- Coordinate with JCI Enterprise Integration (EI) team on interfaces for all message type idocs to and from SAP
- Align with the Post Go Live (PGL) team in EDI support issues and supplier follow up
- Ensures project business requirements are clearly doumented and communicated to Information Technology (IT) and external system vendors in support of development and testing
- Provide regular and accurate status reports per the deilverables
Knowledge & understanding of Supply Chain Management business process
SAP idoc experience preferred but not required
EDI experience in the areas of customer and supplier messages from mapping to implementation
Ability to interpret OEM specification documents
Knowledge of JCI specific operations, policies, procedures, standards, and existing technology and systems environment
