Responsible for the imaging, support, maintenance and monitoring of all LCC library loaner laptops used in the library’s student loaner program. This role will involve leadership skills and coordination to include but not limited to leading specialized projects, facilitating technology meetings with library personnel to coordinate imaging, repairs and additional support as needed by the library and other work-related duties assigned. Additionally, this position is responsible for the support of 900 laptops and will continue to grow, as well as image development and troubleshooting. Lead the work of PT technicians and student technicians.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
