This position is responsible for supporting the reception desk in the massage therapy clinic. This includes frequent communication with faculty, students, and patients. It requires proper phone etiquette, monitoring of client scheduling/rescheduling, responding to clinic emails and client reminder calls. The PT Massage Therapy support manages the collection of session fees, and collect and file client paperwork. This position maintains the confidentiality of all patient and student communication.
***This position will work a varied schedule, which includes nights, based on the Massage Clinic’s hours of operation each semester. An on-campus presence is required.***
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
