This February, Morley is hosting a corporate event. We are seeking Korean-speaking Trip Directors to work the event.
- Where: Santa Monica, California
- Duration: 9 days, plus pre-communication with participants 1-2 weeks prior
- When: Event is mid-February 2024
- Compensation provided: Day rate, per diem, meals, accommodations (if you reside outside the immediate area), applicable expense reimbursement
- Schedule: Scheduled hours vary (up to 10-12 hours on event days; fewer hours on pre-event days). Breaks are provided throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
Help our team provide extraordinary experiences to program participants!
- 1-2 weeks before the event, serve as a personal concierge to assigned participants to help them prepare for the trip
- Serve as an on-site representative for the event
- Provide directions and assistance to Korean- and/or English-speaking participants
- Facilitate all travel-related activities for your assigned area(s) during program operation
- Tasks may include:
- Meet and greet participants arriving at the airport and venue
- Assist with ground transportation
- Coordinate hotel check-in, registration packets and other materials
- Oversee scheduled program elements such as meal functions, activities, meetings, displays and special events to ensure prompt and timely execution
- Accommodate program participants’ needs to the best of your ability from initial face-to-face contact until departure
- Interact courteously, efficiently and professionally with a wide variety of client personalities pre-program and on location
Job Scope
This is a contract job specific to the event described above. It is not a long-term position.

Eligibility Requirements
- Fluent speaker of Korean and English (writing fluency not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience or education in the travel / hospitality industry
- Able to attend all scheduled event days
- Able to reside in Santa Monica during the program (accommodations provided)
