In collaboration with other City Departments, the Director develops outcomes, metrics, and goals that ensure accountability towards equitable delivery of City services that support our connection to the community. The Director reports to an Assistant City Manager and supervises a staff of 21, including the Assistant Human Resources Director, Training and OD Manager, Labor Relations Manager, Risk Manager, and Employee Benefits Manager.
