**Position:** Temporary Test Administrator
**Location:** Livonia, MI
**Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST daily (with a lunch break)
**Compensation:** $20.00 per hour
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet candidates and verify identification
- Monitor and assist candidates during exams
- Ensure a comfortable testing experience
- Supervise professional exams for international candidates
- Utilize chat messaging skills
- Multitask and troubleshoot as needed
- Communicate professionally
- Follow documented processes
**Qualifications:**
- High school degree equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- No previous experience needed – training will be provided!
**Desired Skills:**
- Basic MS Office & MS Excel skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent English interpretation and application skills
- Internet-savvy with fast chat and copy-paste skills
- Willingness to learn troubleshooting
- Friendly and proactive attitude
