Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 8+ years professional experience in mission critical facility design, construction, or operations.
- Proven communication, presentation, and reporting skills. English language skills are essential.
- Troubleshooting and analytical experience.
- Working knowledge of heat transfer fundamentals, humidity control and fluid dynamics.
- Experience with several different HVAC systems, such as: chilled water central plants, direct evaporation, dehumidification, indirect evaporation, pumps, fans, air handling units, air distribution methods, and compressed air systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or training in lean construction methods.
- Cross-discipline knowledge of facility infrastructure systems, such as electrical power distribution, PLC control systems, and fire protection.
- Experience in leading and teaming up to deliver results in a cross-functional organization across multiple tasks.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives and processes within an organization.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or on track to obtain it in the future.
- Experience or training in change management.
- Familiarity with clean room specific technologies and operation.
