Education and/or Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with preferred coursework in public relations, social work, education, marketing, or communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years’ experience focusing on organizational development, community outreach and/or marketing and communications.
- At least one year’s experience in management or leadership role (project, team, workgroup).
Preferred
- Master’s degree in organizational leadership or related field.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certification.
- Prior experience in a healthcare organization, transplant center, or organ/tissue procurement organization.
