DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Duties:
•    Responsible for delivering forward model programs leading to milestones. Lead Squeak & Rattle (S&R) NVH issues resolutions to achieve successful program milestones.
•    Work with cross-functional teams to determine root cause, develop affordable countermeasures, and work with Design & Release and program teams to deliver green S&R Health Chart.
•    Develop analytical capability of upfront S&R failure detection to support milestone program timing.
•    Support core projects with all data acquisition, signal processing and analysis needs.
•    Global S&R technical support including FM S&R Health Chart update and Prevent project support.
•    Develop objective metrics of S&R performance criteria linking to TGW target.
•    Keeping abreast of competitive and industry trends related to S&R, maintaining a database to capture the main features affecting S&R TGWs.
•    Conduct subjective vehicle Squeak & Rattle NVH evaluations to root cause and prove-out robust fixes.
