DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Duties:
Body Interior PVT (Plant Vehicle Team) Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
* Improve Plant Vehicle Quality (TGW, R/1000, CPU) & Customer Satisfaction
* Develop/Manage/Own Plant BSAQ roadmaps to deliver the Plant Vehicle Line/ Functional objectives (TGW’s, R/1000, CPU, and Warranty Spend)
* Receive, evaluate and respond to Early Concern Binning (ECB) claims daily
* Contact dealerships to investigate ECB Claim details
* Identify and align ECB to Plant internal QLS and verify containment
* Prepare ECB and Form-4 summary; attend applicable plant report-out meetings; prepare and present as required
