Job Summary: The Wildlife Support Technician, under management direction, is responsible for providing a variety of wildlife support for exclusion maintenance and repairs to customer buildings and facilities while adhering to safety standards and protocols. The technician will work on roofs, in attics and other enclosed spaces.
Essential Functions:
- Perform animal exclusion work, repairing soffits, ridge vents and other animal entry points from the top to the bottom of homes.
- Perform scheduled service appointments and meet with potential customers in their home, and businesses to offer custom solutions with our set of programs.
- Conduct thorough inspections of interior and exterior areas of potential customer's properties.
- Clean up worksite after job completion.
- Serve as a problem solver for our customers by utilizing training, and knowledge provided to decide on the complete solution for our customer's needs.
- Complete paper/ computer (iPhone) records.
- Travel in company vehicle to customer locations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
